1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of WM NexCredit LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

WM NexCredit LLC provides credit consulting services including:

• Personal credit counseling and financial education services
• Business credit building and consulting
• 0% APR financing guidance and strategy
• Credit education and financial coaching

3. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.):

• You have the right to cancel any service contract within 3 business days of signing
• We will not charge any fee before services are fully performed
• We do not guarantee specific results or credit score increases
• You have the right to dispute information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus at no cost

4. No Guarantee of Results

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, bureau responses, and other factors outside our control. We commit to providing professional, ethical, and diligent services on your behalf.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your credit situation
• Cooperate fully with our requests for documentation
• Not apply for new credit without consulting us during active service
• Pay all agreed fees as outlined in your service agreement

6. SMS and Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website consultation form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from WM NexCredit LLC related to your service, appointments, onboarding, and account updates.

• Age Restriction: By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Our SMS program is not intended for individuals under 18.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. You will receive a confirmation upon opting out.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on service activity.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. WM NexCredit LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier networks.
• No Sharing: We do not sell, share, or rent your SMS consent or phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Fees are not charged until services are delivered, in compliance with CROA. All fees are clearly disclosed before services begin.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except as required to provide services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

WM NexCredit LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or inability to provide services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
